Berry Yogurt Pops

These sweet summer treats couldn't get any easier!  Three ingredients and that's it.  Feel free to experiment with your favorite fruits, even sneak in some vegetables (spinach, carrots, or beets are some good options) if you're feeding picky eaters.  The possibilities are endless!

I don't have exact measurements because I don't know how much the molds hold.  It takes a little guess and check, but it's still as easy as can be!

Ingredients

  • fruit of your choice (I used blueberries, strawberries and grapes)
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • honey (maple syrup would work too)

Directions

Puree fruit in food processor, set aside.

Start with a small amount of honey and mix into the yogurt.  Add more to taste, until yogurt is sweet (careful not to go overboard!).

Fill the molds by alternating layers of fruit and yogurt mix.  Or blend the two together and then fill for a more uniform taste.  I like the layers because I think it makes for pretty pops, but I think next time I might try mixing them together just to compare.

Enjoy on a hot summer day!
